I keep getting asked the question.. How did you come up with this idea!?
My personality has always been get back to the basics, I take a conservative approach to my health and lifestyle, and my stubborn, dedicated, determined, persistent personality has created something I still cant believe I have created. Although this is coming from a place deep inside me, I have to give praise to our Lord Saviour, as it is Him who is shining the light on what has been created. He wants to heal and I am here to educate and push forward.
In a world of quick meals and processed foods, I’m bringing pasta back to its roots — slow, nourishing, and full of purpose. Made from sprouted Canadian ancient grains, fermented with sourdough, and blended with superfoods, this pasta is wellness in every bite.
Food should nourish, comfort, and connect. That’s why every batch of pasta that leaves my kitchen is designed not just to fill you up, but to fuel you — body, mind, and soul.
Most pasta on the market is made from refined, industrialized flour; stripped of nutrients and often sprayed with chemicals.
My process starts with Sprouted Canadian ancient grains that organic, glyphosate-free, and never sterilized. I use whole, living grains that still hold their natural vitality. By sprouting them, I unlock their nutrients, making vitamins, minerals, and proteins more bioavailable and easier to digest.
Sprouting transforms grains in incredible ways: One of the many things is it breaks down phytic acid (which blocks mineral absorption) and activates enzymes that support gut health. The result? A lighter, more digestible pasta that nourishes your body instead of weighing it down.
From there, I ferment the dough with natural sourdough culture. Fermentation pre-digests gluten, supports a healthy gut microbiome, and adds a depth of flavour you can’t get from commercial wheat. It’s slow, patient food — and you can taste the difference.
